— even without on-site visits.
Measurement Support
We currently do not offer on-site measurement services in Australia. To ensure a precise fit, we follow this workflow:
Customer provides opening sizes (width × height × thickness)
We deduct sizes based on wall structure: timber or concrete
We generate technical drawings with final dimensions
Production starts only after customer confirms the drawings
Please make sure your submitted measurements are accurate. You are responsible for verifying and confirming dimensions.

Every order includes a customized technical drawing for your review.
Includes: product type, finish, wall structure type, opening size, final manufacturing size
You’ll receive the drawing by email for confirmation
No changes can be made after final approval
