A: Please provide the opening width × height × thickness in millimeters. This is the rough size of the hole in the wall, not the frame size.
Q3: I’m not sure how to measure—can you help?

Q5: When should I tell you whether I have a timber or concrete wall?
A: Please inform us at the time you submit your measurements.
Wall type affects product sizing, so we need this info before preparing your drawing.
Drawing & Production
Q6: Will I see a drawing before production?
A: Yes. We provide a technical drawing showing final sizes and structure for every order. You must confirm the drawing before we begin production.
Q7: Can I change the size after confirming the drawing?
A: No. Once confirmed, the drawing becomes the production reference. Please review carefully before approval.
Q8: Do you offer installation service?
A: Currently, we do not offer on-site installation.
