TOM CONDOS
Unitized curtain walls are composed of prefabricated panels or units that are assembled off-site in a controlled factory environment. This method ensures higher quality control and faster installation on-site, reducing construction time and costs. These panels consist of a combination of glass, aluminum frames, and other materials.
The unitized system offers excellent insulation, weatherproofing, and energy efficiency. It provides a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing ample natural light to flood the interiors. Additionally, these systems are engineered to withstand various environmental conditions, including wind loads, water infiltration, and thermal stresses.
