The stunning 56-stories tower consists of 168 - one, two and three bedroom apartments, and 117 - commercial offices. This high-rise luxury project is spread across 117,508 square meters and is strategically located in Al Dafna.

The stunning 56-stories tower including six basements car parking and a ground floor, Al Mana Tower will consists of 168 – one, two and three bedroom apartment, where the commercial offices comprises of 117 units.
This high-rise luxury project is spread across 117,508 square meters and is strategically located in Al Dafna.
As a façade engineer, I've had the pleasure of working with some of the most interesting and innovative façade systems out there. One of my favorites is the mashrabiya façade system.
For those who don't know, mashrabiya is a traditional Arabic architectural element that features a latticework design. When incorporated into a façade system, it creates a stunning visual effect that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
The latticework design of mashrabiya allows for natural ventilation and shading, making it an ideal choice for hot and sunny climates. Plus, it offers privacy without compromising on natural light, making it perfect for residential and commercial buildings alike.
But what I love most about mashrabiya is the design possibilities it offers. The intricate lattice patterns can be customized to reflect the culture and history of the building's location, creating a unique and personalized façade.
In addition, the use of modern technology in the production of mashrabiya allows for even more design flexibility. We can incorporate LED lighting and even integrate it with building automation systems for added functionality.
